株式会社Soleil（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するiOSアプリケーション「XEXTANT」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 本アプリが利用する情報
XEXTANTは、目的地や現在地の方向・距離を表示するため、端末の位置情報を利用します。
また、本アプリの機能を提供するため、以下の情報を端末上で取り扱う場合があります。
- 現在地などの位置情報
- 方位・コンパスに関する端末情報
- ユーザーが登録した目的地、HOME、お気に入り、履歴等の情報
- アプリの設定やテーマ等の設定情報
2. 位置情報について
本アプリでは、現在地から目的地等への方向や距離を計算するため、端末の位置情報を利用します。
JourneyやLive Activityなど、ユーザーが開始した機能を継続して提供するため、アプリがバックグラウンドにある場合にも位置情報を利用することがあります。
位置情報へのアクセスは、iOSの設定からいつでも変更できます。ただし、位置情報へのアクセスを許可しない場合、本アプリの主要な機能が正常に利用できない場合があります。
3. 保存情報について
HOME、目的地、お気に入り、履歴、テーマなど、本アプリ内でユーザーが設定または生成した情報は、アプリの機能を提供する目的で利用されます。
これらの情報の保存方法や外部送信の有無については、本アプリの実装およびAppleが提供するOS機能に従います。
※ここだけは提出前に実装と完全一致させる。すべて端末内保存でSoleilのサーバーへ送信していないことが確認できているなら、もっと強く、
これらの情報は原則としてユーザーの端末内に保存され、当社が運営するサーバーへ送信・収集することはありません。

4. 第三者への提供
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本アプリを通じて取得した利用者情報を、ユーザー本人の同意なく第三者へ提供しません。
5. 外部サービスについて
本アプリでは、位置情報、地図、通知、Live Activity等の機能を提供するため、Appleが提供するiOSの機能およびサービスを利用する場合があります。
これらのサービスにおける情報の取り扱いについては、Appleのプライバシーポリシー等をご確認ください。
6. 広告・トラッキング
現行1.0に広告SDK、Google Analytics/Firebase等、ATT対象トラッキングがないことが確認できているなら、これは明記していい。
本アプリは、ユーザーを識別して広告配信等に利用するためのトラッキングを行いません。また、第三者広告を表示するための広告SDKを使用していません。
これは有料買い切りXEXTANTにとって、むしろ良いアピールになる。
7. 情報の削除
本アプリ内に保存されたHOME、目的地、履歴等は、本アプリが提供する削除機能等により管理できます。
アプリを端末から削除した場合のデータの取り扱いは、iOSおよび端末のバックアップ設定等の影響を受ける場合があります。
8. 未成年者の利用
本アプリは、ユーザーの年齢を特定する情報を積極的に収集することを目的としていません。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
本アプリの機能追加、法令の変更その他必要に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合には、本ページその他適切な方法によりお知らせします。

Privacy Policy for XEXTANT
Soleil Inc. (“Soleil,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the iOS application “XEXTANT” (the “App”) provided by Soleil.
1. Information Used by the App
XEXTANT uses your device’s location information to display the direction and distance to destinations and your current location.
To provide its features, the App may process the following information on your device:
- Location information, including your current location
- Device information related to heading and compass functions
- Destinations, HOME, favorites, history, and other locations saved by you
- App preferences, including theme settings
2. Location Information
XEXTANT uses your device’s location information to calculate the direction and distance from your current location to a destination or other saved location.
When you use features such as Journey or Live Activities, XEXTANT may continue to access location information while the App is running in the background in order to provide the functionality you have started.
You can change location permissions at any time in iOS Settings. However, some of XEXTANT’s core features may not function properly if access to location information is disabled.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
Information that you create or configure within the App, including HOME, destinations, favorites, history, and theme settings, is used solely to provide XEXTANT’s features.
This information is generally stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to or collected by servers operated by Soleil.
4. Place Share
XEXTANT’s Place Share feature allows you to share a destination with another person.
Place Share shares information about a static destination, such as its coordinates and place name. It does not provide continuous or live location tracking of the sender or recipient.
When you choose to share a destination, the information is shared through the method or service selected by you using the sharing features provided by iOS.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
Soleil does not provide user information obtained through the App to third parties without the user’s consent, except where required by applicable laws or regulations.
6. External Services
XEXTANT may use features and services provided by Apple and iOS to provide functionality such as location services, maps, notifications, Live Activities, and system sharing features.
Information handled by these services is subject to Apple’s applicable privacy policies and terms.
7. Advertising and Tracking
XEXTANT does not track users for the purpose of targeted advertising or similar purposes.
The App does not use third-party advertising SDKs to display advertisements.
8. Deletion of Information
Information stored within XEXTANT, including HOME, destinations, favorites, and history, can be managed using the deletion and management features provided by the App.
When the App is removed from your device, the handling of locally stored information may also depend on iOS and your device’s backup settings.
9. Children’s Privacy
XEXTANT is not designed to actively collect information for the purpose of identifying a user’s age.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Soleil may update this Privacy Policy as necessary due to changes in the App’s functionality, applicable laws or regulations, or other circumstances.
If we make significant changes, we will provide notice on this page or through another appropriate method.
